After a long wait, the Matrix Reloaded has been viewed & let me say it was worth the wait.

Seeing the original on the tele brought me back up to speed, so I went in with the story line refreshed. The sequel answered quite a few of my questions but raised a whole lot more in the process.

I won't spoil it by giving any info away, but it is a sequel that is bigger, broader & more intense than the original.

For all those movie-goers that usually leave the cinema during the credits, it is essential to stay until the end & you'll be rewarded with the trailer for the Matrix Revolutions.

I would imagine that more than 90% have missed this trailer so far which is disappointing because it definitely gives a few hints as to where the trilogy is headed & puts the Matrix Reloaded into perspective.

Had a good long weekend for the Adelaide Cup. Well, I had a big start to the weekend, which required the remaining time off to get over it!

Ended up at six separate bars during the night doing a farewell bash to a friend from the Glenelg Golf Club, then the tail end of a fashion parade function back at the Pier.

Some nights are memorable for certain events that occur but this particular one was memorable due to the quality of company & the all around good vibe.

I think that has to be one of the big reasons that I haven't gone completely insane at the Pier. The people definitely make the difference, especially when they party as hard as on they did on the weekend.

I'm looking to do it all again on both Friday & Sunday night, so it may be a rough Monday at work for all concerned.

I think whoever decided to sell Coke in plastic bottles should rethink their decision.

After a mix up in deliveries for the hotel, we had a carton of small glass bottles that could not be sold since it's not in our stock systems.

The only way to resolve the crisis was for the staff to drink them.

I can't actually remember the last time I enjoyed Coke from a glass bottle, but there is no doubt about the difference in taste. The same applies for cans. A distinct change in flavour.

If Coke & Vanilla Coke were sold in glass bottles in the 600ml size, I think I would be prepared to pay extra to have it in glass!

After being in the building since December 5th, 2002. I have finally had a guided tour of the rooms within the Pier Hotel.

I am definitely impressed with the quality & level of features in each suite. Far nicer than I had expected, but they are very small!

They would be appropriate for one person to live in, just so long as they weren't into swinging cats. Why you would want to spend $400.000+ on a single bedroom unit that is only just livable is still beyond me.

For that sort of money I could buy a two storey house near where I currently live, with a pool, large backyard & distant neighbors that you can't hear having sex through the walls. Sure, it's not in the middle of a tourist centre, but the reduction in distance from the heart of the city is not worth the increase in property cost!

Then again if you've got money to burn, the unit's would make a good place to crash after a hard nice on the juice!

I've joined Blogshares & after waiting a week or so everything has been approved & I'm finally listed.

I actually haven't worked out how to make fictitious money at this stage. I think I'm used to trading in the real world share market.

This blog currently holds a price of about 30 cents, which I'm thinking is not all that great!

I might have to keep some regular updates somewhere on the page, just in case the price goes through the roof!

Yeah, I know I'm kidding myself!

Friday five? It's sure been a while, let's give it a crack;

1. Would you consider yourself an organized person? Why or why not?

Yes & no. I do like to have somethings all ship shape, but a lot of the time it's just all too hard! A lot of my problem is procrastination. Most things will have get into a hell of a mess before it disturbs me, but once it does, I'll go all out to put it in order.

2. Do you keep some type of planner, organizer, calendar, etc. with you, and do you use it regularly?

Well, since I'm writing this on my palm handheld, that would be a yes. It is slowly becoming integral in my daily life, but I haven't got to the point of pulling it out at work to look like a complete tool! I'm yet to plan my day with it due the effort of typing everything into it. Hey, I know I'm lazy!

3. Would you say that your desk is organized right now?

My desk always looks like a bombs hit it. It's not my fault however, more the people who don't care & feel they can just add to the mess by dropping stuff anywhere. When they get caught in the act however, they see my 'other' side. Not pretty.

4. Do you alphabetize CDs, books, and DVDs, or does it not matter?

I don't do the alphabetical thing, but my CD's are grouped into artists & then in the order they were released. I once had a listing on this site which had all my CD's which was sorted alphabetically, so maybe I am rather anal!

5. What's the hardest thing you've ever had to organize?

A Piss up in a brewery & a root in a brothel! Only gagging!

Generally, anything that has to do with a bank is a huge challenge because they just couldn't give a stuff!
